Apple Watch 10 should be thinner and have bigger screens • Gadgets • Tecnoblog

The Apple Watch 10 will have design innovations, such as a thinner case and larger screens, as well as components made by 3D printing. The Ultra model should gain new color options.
The information is from market analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. On his blog, he states that the Series 10 should have 4mm larger screens: the 41mm model will grow to 45mm, and the 45mm will grow to 49mm. In addition to the larger displays, the watch case (name given to the “body”) must be thinner.

Previously, other rumors pointed to an Apple Watch X, with major design changes to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the line's launch, as happened in 2017 with the iPhone X.
Among the changes was a new magnetic mechanism for fitting the bracelets, which would allow better use of the watch case with other components.
Kuo refers to the upcoming smartwatch as Series 10, without mentioning whether it will be a commemorative edition or not. The thinner design, however, seems to be in line with what was previously mentioned. In recent years, the Apple Watch has had few design changes.
Another new feature should come inside the smartwatch, with components made with 3D printing. According to Kuo, Apple carried out tests throughout 2023 and managed to improve the efficiency of this production technique.
Apple Watch Ultra: few changes and black color
If the Apple Watch Series 10 will have a different design, the same cannot be said about the Ultra model. According to Kuo, the specifications of this version should remain practically the same. On the other hand, the box may have a black or dark color option, if everything goes well with production.
Apple's Ultra model should have competition from another Ultra: Samsung should present a premium version of its watch at the next Unpacked event, scheduled to take place in July. The Galaxy Watch Ultra is already approved by Anatel, with sales available in Brazil.
